This is achieved through a 8-week series of interactive videos, that systematically guide you as you consciously design your ‘game plan’ for your ultimate life.

You’ll want to set aside 20 – 30 minutes a day or 2 – 4 hours a week for 8 weeks (and if you’re committed to living your greatest life, it’s the best time investment you’ll ever make). Here’s how that breaks down:
You’ll watch an average of 6 Happiness Lifestyle Mastery training videos each week (3 – 15 minutes each)
After each lesson you will want to download and complete a worksheet (15 – 30 minutes)
You’ll personalize each chapter template with your own photos and quotes (15 – 30 minutes)
You may also want to set aside additional personal time for meditation, visualization, and reflection (optional).
